About EMA
Eller Management Association was founded in the spring of 2007 as the first and only undergraduate management organization at the University of Arizona. Our members represent a diverse group of students of all majors and ages. EMA was created with the goal of aiding students in developing their managerial skills by providing a network of resources, encouraging corporate responsibility and providing opportunities for involvement within the college community. Throughout the semester we hold bi-monthly meetings, have guest speakers with expertise in the business world and plan organization-wide social, community service and philanthropic events. The organization holds close ties with the professional chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management of Greater Tucson. This connects our members with a number of professionals in the human resource and management field in the Tucson area. Eller Management Association has made progress since its founding and the organization looks forward to continuing its success and growth.
