Biography

Born and raised in San Francisco, CA.  Lived and worked in many areas of the United States and abroad, primarily with General Electric.  Also worked in the not-for-profit arena in a professional association and in the arts.  Owner of LES Consulting Group, a consulting firm focused on all aspects of organizational development and change management. Three sons and three grandsons; two sons live in the Phoenix area and one son lives in Washington, DC.  Live in the high desert north of Tucson with husband, James.
