About the Program

Management and Organizations coursework focuses on organizational behavior and managerial decision making. The department prepares students for a variety of managerial and staff positions, as well as for post-graduate work in business, public administration, and law.
  

The Ph.D. in Management

The doctoral program prepares students for research and teaching positions at major universities. Coursework encompasses a broad range of theories and methodologies including those from psychology, sociology, political science and management, with an emphasis on research. Fields of study include organizational theory, organizational behavior and judgment/decision making.
